TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Tweetify (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Tweetify is a mobile application that allows users to schedule and publish content to X (formerly Twitter) through the X API. The service includes content scheduling, account management, and subscription-based premium features.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App

You must have a valid X account to use our scheduling features

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Authentication is managed through Clerk, our secure authentication provider.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
Subscription fees are processed through RevenueCat and your device's app store

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

No refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to:

Violate X's Terms of Service or API guidelines

Schedule spam, abusive, or illegal content

Attempt to circumvent usage limits or hack the service

Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization.

6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings

Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, X API changes, or data loss.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
